Animation shop pro
came with PSP from versions 5 to 9. It was discontinued some time ago at version 3.5 ( I think ). Sadly ( because it's quick and handy ) it does not come with Corel's PSP ( version 10 ).
If you want to get into animation proper you should have Adobe photoshop that comes with a version of Imageready and/or Ulead Gif Animator 5 which is the bollocks. All this costs cash of course unless you know the upload codez in which case it is all free.
If you would like some free software without the upload codez then you have to settle for less.

You might need
a Third-party plugin. I know avi isn't supported anymore by quite a few video editors.
( ,
Mon 15 May 2006, 21:15,

It depends what codec the avi is
Right click on the avi and go to Properties and then the advanced properties tab. See if it says what codec it it using.
Then search for that codec online and install it.
It is a bit odd as if your machine can run the file it must be installed.........
