The Adventure Game
From the early 80's
I remember watching this all those years ago and thought it was a bit pants then and now it is even more pants and has aged very badly

I'd debate that
I have had several bike accidents and the vast majority have been my fault going round a corner too fast and dropped it. Luckily I am usually ok get up and it goes unreported. I have had one where a car pulled out in front of me compared to at least 4 5 or 6 occasions of "Oops I fucked that up!"

There's also longevity to consider.
I can't imagine repeats of things like Strictly get many viewers, in the same way X-Factor contestant's careers soon crash-and-burn after the series has finished. They probably also don't export very well.
Cult TV (which I assume Utopia was going for) will continue to find audiences on DVD or streaming.
