[edit]and the airspeed would be measured in mph, kph or kts, it's the range of it that would be measured in nauticle or standard miles or kilometres.

i have several hours
on a various makes of foam and paper gliders.
I also flew a cessna 172, the crowning glory of which flying to wattisham airshow and attempting anal rape the runway (as in try and approach the runway the wrong way.)
