I'll repeat what I said lower down the page:
This is bullshit.
"She feels no shame about the death of this woman, she's saying nothing about the death of this poor woman. The arrogance of the British royals is absolutely staggering."
Really? So the fact that there's been no public statement means that there can't possibly have been anything said privately? Why should she have to make a statement at all?
The nursing staff shouldn't have put through the call, and shouldn't have answered questions. They did. One of the staff - I assume - felt so bad about having made such a basic blunder that she killed herself. Or maybe she feared losing her job. I don't know. Neither does Morrisey.
But Kate is just another patient. Quite why any ire is directed at her is a mystery... unless Morrisey is just being a contrarian-by-numbers. And, let's face it, he has form on that front.
His medical insight is pisspoor, too.

No, not necessarily.
but I think the risks to these people have been overstated by the same people who are obsessed with Assange's character - those with the darkest secrets to hide.

The thing that gets me with this story is...
...that UK media are jumping on the bandwagon of disapproval, but they are the ones who replayed the recording to everyone she knew. Even BBC News was replaying it. They didn't need to do that to run the story. They only did it to show how crap the impression was (and therefore embarrass her further), or possibly because they found it funny too.

would this apply to people that have killed themselves after abuse or bullying?
Or those people that when they see someone on the ledge encourage them to jump?
This nurse was publicly humiliated before the whole fucking world.
I wouldn't have a clean concience if I had given someone that level of grief and they topped themselves.

To be fair...
...he does clarify that it's because there was no reasonable expectation this would be the outcome. And I think that's fair. Most people who get prank called don't kill themselves. I don't know of a prior example? The DJ's didn't humiliate her in front of "the whole fucking world". They made her look a bit silly in front of a small percentage of Australians. The BBC probably embarrassed her in front of more people she knew by running the story. And I don't think they are murderers either.

Bullshit.

You probably wouldn't be alive if you'd never swallowed anything:)
It depends on your viewpoint on the allegations against assange I think.
Clearly the public can't know for certain if he's guilty or not But whatever your stance you have to acknowledge that its highly coincidental that very soon after pissing off the governments of some of the most powerful countries on earth, he is accused of crimes that not only damage his reputation but also carry a long jail sentence. *IF* using that logic, you look at the charges as politically motivated, then he actually doing an important thing in highlighting his cause and refusing to co-operate.
In those circumstances, its unsurprising that he doesn't want to go through the legal process.

that's a long string of assumptions from a co-incidence
and co-incidences are just that aren't they? a co-incidence.

Not that long a string of assumptions
More of a statement that there is an alternative viewpoint to the narrative that fits in very well with the agenda of the establishment.
And if you take that alternative viewpoint then his actions don't seem that unreasonable.
My original point was that its depressing that so many people have just accepted the idea that he is dodgy and a rapist without questioning how this stuation may have been made to come about.

there is a process to getting to the bottom of whether he's a rapist.

There's been some serious reportage about the man, WL and JA has devolved into an endless conspiracy theory not helped by the secrecy involved in being so open about others, which works well because Assange already blamed the Jews for his demise.

Just as soon as you're out of sight behind that door.
Also, maybe its just me but there's something slightly porno about 25th Feb? It looks like she should be naked or something. God, the internet has destroyed my mind.
