That 'black lace bloke' on the voice didn't mention this during his intro..
I was reminded that "having a gang bang" was a high point of the film: "Rita, Sue and Bob too":

The film to which this was the soundtrack, Sorceror, is incredible. Shame it came out the week after Star Wars and the subsequent death of grown-up cinema.

That's the one.
You can see why it was a commercial failure: calling your film after The Exorcist 'Sorceror' and then making it about slow trucks; the first 20 minutes in different languages sent US audience charging out of the cinemas. But it is a Proper Bloody Film.

Best of all the Soviet cameras
To answer your questions:
Yes I have one, and yes, you do pull the trigger to take the shot.
It was originally built for birdwatching. Soviet thinking goes "See Dmitri, rifle is steady and accurate long distance. You want also take foto, so put camera on rifle. Easy." [vodka ensues]

for putting a dslr on it. You basically attach a bluetooth remote to the trigger. I've managed to get the lens to work on a canon dslr though :)

He's an odd fish
He wasn't allowed final cut and was fucked around by William Gibson who said he was the man for the the job in 2000 and then in in late 2003ish said
"It,s recently rumoured to be directed by Chris Cunningham, this is now definitely not happening"
Gibson himself said he (Cunningham) was wary about Hollywood. Maybe the big budget scared him off.
As I said It's just a shame we don't see more of him, very talented director and artist.
He's a busy boy but Quite of late.

An amazing blend of war vids and insane commentary by the troops - too many good moments to choose one.
This video is an absurd dissection of how contemporary war is represented within today's media saturated world. In an era of cell-phone cameras, video games, social media and electronic exhibitionism, it reveals a vision of war which only we could create. Featuring a collection of YouTube videos uploaded by American soldiers, this piece appropriates clips of explosions from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan which were meant to flaunt our military prowess, but in this context becomes increasingly unsettling. As the footage morphs into and out of refracted pixilation, one begins to notice a reference to video games that is reinforced by the enthusiastic cheers of the soldiers, despite the harsh reality of the violence being performed.

I suppose we are expecting soldiers to deal with the experience of war with zen like calm
or cries of 'god is great'
I would probably woo with glee knowing a target has been neutralised, given the majority of targets in war are humans trying to neutralise you.

Increasingly unsettling?
Unsettling to whom? I've yet to meet a man who doesn't cheer when he sees a mighty explosion.
And if I do, I'll blow him up Woo yeah!

Björk
Recently found out a friend of mine used to live next door to the Lebowski Bar on Laugavegur; she used to babysit her when she was in her late teens and Björk was about eight. A few years later, when she was broke, my friend bought a story book from her off the the street, hand written and drawn, about a man getting stuck down a well. She showed it to me and I read it with her. She said at that point when she bought that book off of her, she knew she would be famous in one way or another...
