One of our members died last week. The police came and informed me on Sunday. This is not a joke, and this screencap has not been tampered with (if you click on the pic you'll see the news story). I just thought some of you would like to know.

I'm very sad to read this.
I remember him taking me to task for maligning Battle Royale 2, I had a couple of entertaining /board conversations with him.

It's always a maelstrom of emotions for the people who are left behind who actually knew the person who has left. The comments above show the impact he had on people who never even met him in real life.

My deepest sympathies to his family and friends, and to Ellie Bites - just keep in mind that you're not to blame. Depression is a horrible thing to go through, and it makes you incredibly insular. If he'd been well, I'm sure he wouldn't have dreamed of doing anything that would make you feel a sense of guilt.
